Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project mobilization activities, including booking medicals, training, and inductions.
  • Manage rosters, travel arrangements, and accommodation, handling changes as required.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation and creditor management.
  • Assist with payroll processing, employee onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain project-specific training matrices and employee records.
  • Ensure accurate document control and office administration, including supplies and equipment.
  • Handle general office support tasks, such as managing inquiries, coordinating events, and filing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

About You

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances promptly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in an Office Administration/Project Support role
