We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator with experience in the Aged Care sector, eager to contribute positively to our operations. This is a full-time position within our outstanding reception and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the organization and clients, caregivers, staff, and the healthcare community.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing the administrative functions of Fully Managed Division.
  • Handle all incoming calls and welcome office visitors.
  • Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage client complaints effectively, aiming for timely and professional resolutions.
  • Stay informed about team and organizational objectives to align your actions accordingly.
  • Act as a representative of Fully Managed Division by promoting our services to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and related funding initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or reception capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or readiness to obtain one (arranged by Fully Managed Division at no cost).
