Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective onsite or on-call assistance to users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
  • Expertly troubleshoot Windows 10 or 11 admin issues, including Intune, cloud, and thick build machines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows App and Update release information.
  • Offer comprehensive web application support for Edge or Chrome browsers.
  • Collaborate closely with app owners to resolve complex cloud application issues.
  • Support various third-party applications such as Microsoft, Java, and Adobe.
  • Familiarity with AppV applications, MS Store Apps, and packaged applications.
  • Troubleshoot general performance issues and laptop hardware problems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Superior customer service ethic and exceptional communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PC/laptop hardware, and peripherals.
Certifications:
  • At least two of the following: PC/laptop OEM maintenance certification, CompTIA A+ certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
