Job Summary:
EIL Global is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for desktop and network issues, ensuring IT infrastructure meets client standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT concerns, offering expert advice and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure proper implementation and management of network and desktop solutions.
- Perform routine system monitoring, identifying security vulnerabilities and deploying necessary updates and patches.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations for continuity.
- Implement and configure new network hardware to meet growing business needs and improve IT operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, working to improve processes and user satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in imaging and reimaging
- Strong end-user support skills
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Familiarity with SCCM
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues
- Expertise in Remote Desktop Services
- Windows Administration skills
