Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing on-site support for desktop and network issues, ensuring IT infrastructure meets client standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for desktop and network issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT concerns
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure proper implementation and management of network and desktop solutions
  • Perform routine system monitoring and identify security vulnerabilities
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and system configurations
  • Implement and configure new network hardware to meet growing business needs
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Facilitate technical training sessions for end-users
