IT Service Delivery Manager

This is a highly influential role that will operate across the entire business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external vendors and IT service providers, with a major focus on operational management and day-to-day management of IT services. Key responsibilities include tracking of tickets, managing SLAs, running small improvement initiatives to ensure vendors are delivering to those initiatives, and running monthly governance with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have expert ITIL knowledge and experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Continuous Improvement. Additionally, they will maintain the IT Service Catalogue, creating and managing processes, policies, and procedures, and ensuring defined processes are well documented. This role will have a strong preference for an IT Service Delivery Manager with experience on the customer side, not the service provider side. The successful candidate will be an Australian citizen, able to gain government clearances. Key qualifications and experience required include 5-10 years of IT Service Delivery Management experience, customer-side IT Service Delivery experience, extensive experience managing external vendors and IT service providers, and proven experience creating and ensuring defined processes are well documented. The ideal candidate will also have experience running monthly governance with external suppliers, ensuring quality standards, and leading and coordinating external service providers on projects. ITIL Expert certification in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management is also required. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to non-technical audiences and engage with internal and external stakeholders confidently, are essential for this role.
