About the Role

You will oversee a Talent Acquisition portfolio while contributing to broader talent initiatives that support our long-term business strategy. Your work will be central to building the foundations of a truly integrated talent function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end TA activities for a defined portfolio, ensuring we attract and engage top talent.
  • Succession Planning: Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Internal Career Programs: Develop strategies that enable our employees to navigate and grow their careers within the organisation.
  • Internal Capability: Build initiatives that upskill our workforce, aligning talent development with business needs.
  • Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding (EB): Help tell our story, creating a compelling EVP and employer brand that attracts and retains exceptional talent.

  • Experience in designing and delivering innovative programs in areas like early careers, career pathways, or capability development.
