Your Expertise Matters
  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Organizational Change, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment is beneficial for this role.
  • You have proven experience in translating capability needs into actionable solutions.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Foster engaging learning programs across various areas such as Business Fundamentals.
  2. Develop and execute the overall strategy for Learning Needs Analysis, leading all phases of capability planning, collateral development, delivery, and measurement.
  3. Drive the delivery of various capability initiatives, from designing solutions to managing reporting and communication.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
