This Is An IT Support Group is embarking on an exciting transformation, and we're looking for a Talent Partner to play a pivotal role in our evolution from a talent acquisition focus to a holistic talent function.

As a key member of our team, you'll oversee a talent acquisition portfolio while contributing to broader talent initiatives that support our long-term business strategy. Your work will be central to building the foundations of a truly integrated talent function.

About the Role

As a Talent Partner, you'll manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for a defined portfolio, ensuring we attract and engage top talent. You'll also partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end TA activities for a defined portfolio, ensuring we attract and engage top talent.
  • Succession Planning: Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Internal Career Programs: Develop strategies that enable our employees to navigate and grow their careers within the organisation.

You'll build initiatives that upskill our workforce, aligning talent development with business needs. Additionally, you'll help tell our story, creating a compelling employer value proposition and employer branding that attracts and retains exceptional talent.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partnering with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of talent practices, including workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession management.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and delivering innovative programs in areas like early careers, career pathways, or capability development.
  • Passion for employer branding and building an EVP that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • A change-ready, solutions-focused approach to driving meaningful transformation.
