We need an exceptional Strategic Education Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne or remotely across Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on education globally.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high-performing professional with expertise in educational design, relationship building, assessment development, and project management. As a Strategic Education Development Manager, you will onboard, nurture, and grow relationships with new and existing teachers, delivering high-quality learning experiences, designing assessments, and providing exceptional support.

  • Design engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored for educators.
  • Bid for current and prospective teacher users in one-on-one and group meetings.
  • Create high-quality, scaffolded assessments that align with pedagogical best practices.
  • Deliver top-notch support experiences by handling inbound requests.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects across pilot and enterprise implementations.

  • Educational Design: Develop compelling learning experiences grounded in pedagogical principles.
  • Relationship Building: Win over individuals in various settings, both in-person and online.
  • Assessment Design: Craft high-quality, scaffolded assessments that enhance learning and encourage skill development.
  • Support: Provide exceptional services to users, customers, teachers, and students.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate organisational expertise in prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a teacher, tutor, learning designer, etc., developing, delivering, and evaluating learning experiences.
  • Have experience providing support to users of a software product.
  • Demonstrate experience managing complex projects independently and as part of a team.
