Job Title: Senior Leader – Data & Analytics

This role demands a blend of deep consulting expertise, technical acumen, and leadership capability to drive impactful outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and expectations.
  2. Develop and implement data operating models and transformation roadmaps to prepare organizations for AI adoption.
  3. Define and execute strategies for data and analytics offerings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and industry experts.
  5. Mentor junior consultants and foster capability development in data, AI, and consulting.
  6. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a thought leader in data-driven transformation.
  7. Contribute to business development through responses to requests for proposals.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. 12+ years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on data, analytics, and AI.
  2. Proven leadership in designing and implementing data operating models and business architectures.
  3. Domain expertise across all industries.
  4. Experience in cloud strategy, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, and digital transformation.
  5. Understanding of emerging technologies including AI, ML, and application portfolio rationalization.
  6. Success in leading large-scale projects and delivering strategic outcomes.
  7. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development:
  1. Drive the development of new service offerings.
  2. Publish content on emerging technologies and transformation strategies.
  3. Stay current with industry trends and enhance consulting capabilities.
