Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical support professional to fill this key role in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in technical support roles within the building products industry, with a strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant codes & standards.

  • Ambitious individual with proven track record in technical support.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NCC and relevant codes & standards.
  • Effective communication skills to respond to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Competence in using AutoCAD, Revit, & BIM software packages.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Able to influence internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support across the business nationally, as well as providing third-level technical support to enquiries referred from front-line technical support officers. You will also be working closely with field technicians, A&D specification, and sales teams to ensure products and systems are recommended and used in compliant systems and installed correctly.
