Technical Building Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and other key stakeholders to promote technical building product adoption.
  • Provide detailed technical advice and support to ensure compliance with Australian building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and preference among specifiers.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to align specification strategies with market demands.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients and partners about technical building products and their applications.

About You:

  • Proven experience in technical sales or specification roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and construction processes with a focus on technical building products.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
  • Detailed understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to drive product adoption through effective specification.
