Technical Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, partners, and resellers.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ESET products and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. They will also be responsible for documenting and analyzing incoming customer requests, escalating undocumented issues to higher level support teams, and performing scheduled callbacks to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to customers, partners, and resellers via various communication channels
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ESET products and their components
  3. Analyze and document customer requests, identifying areas for process improvement
  4. Escalate undocumented issues to higher level support teams according to defined processes and procedures
  5. Perform scheduled callbacks to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ESET products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with existing products and tools relevant to the role
