Retail Sales Professionals Sought for Territory Expansion
As a Retail Business Development Executive with our leading beverage company, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution network across the northeastern suburbs of Melbourne and select regional areas. Key responsibilities include managing a defined territory, growing distribution, securing displays, and driving promotional compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and influencing skills, as well as previous field sales experience in FMCG or similar industries. A current driver's licence is also required.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently across a wide territory. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a defined territory across independent retail and liquor outlets* Grow distribution, secure displays, and drive promotional compliance* Average 5 customer calls per day, building in-store visibility, upselling promotions, and executing banner programs* Travel within territory, including metro suburbs and fortnightly regional runs* Build effective long-term customer relationships through regular call coverage, reviews, and insights

* Previous field sales experience in FMCG or similar industries* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Excellent organisational and time management skills* Current driver's licence
