About Territory Development

This is a full-time opportunity to develop and manage a well-established territory, focusing on building strong relationships with cardiologists and other key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will oversee the East & South Melbourne territory, with a particular emphasis on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans for territory growth.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with cardiologists and supporting staff.
  • Providing product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving territory expansion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and national sales.

About the Role

This field-based position requires strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with both hospital and private practice settings.

The Territory Manager will provide in-field support, education, and training to clinical teams, ensuring effective product usage and driving positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within cardiology or a related clinical area.

They will possess strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular health and procedures, as well as an established network within the Victorian cardiology community.

Proven experience in territory development and stakeholder engagement is also essential.

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, and comfort working in both hospital and private practice settings.
