">As the Group Planning Manager at ThompsonCook, you will be responsible for driving long-term strategic planning and ensuring the business receives a clear and transparent view of company performance.
">With significant experience in an ASX Group or Regional FP&A function, you will possess superior commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills. You will lead and drive the 3-year corporate planning process, owning the annual budget process and management of the end-to-end budgeting cycle and forecasting process.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Corporate Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year corporate plan, aligning with the executive leadership team's vision and strategy.">
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budget process, managing the end-to-end budgeting cycle and forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely financial information.">
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers, supporting senior management in decision-making.">
- Cash Flow Management: Lead the division's cash flow financial modelling, ensuring accurate forecasts and analysis.">
With a strong track record of enhancing planning processes and systems, you will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to influence and partner with the executive leadership team, driving results-oriented decisions.
