Chief Compliance Officer

As Chief Compliance Officer with Ardent Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality care and continuous improvement across our residential aged care facilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to join our Executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a compliant and effective quality framework, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and services.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead change in a complex environment and drive strategic growth within our organization.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Management or a related field
- A sound understanding of legislative and procedural frameworks underpinning the residential aged care sector
- Natural leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in mentoring and training staff
- An intrinsic passion for delivering best practice and innovative solutions
You will thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
