About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a compliant and effective quality framework, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Management or a related field
  • A sound understanding of legislative and procedural frameworks underpinning the residential aged care sector
  • Natural leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in mentoring and training staff
  • An intrinsic passion for delivering best practice and innovative solutions

You will thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
