Job Title: Chief Security Operations OfficerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Security Operations Officer to lead our security operations team and develop strategic plans to ensure the security and compliance of our customers' IT infrastructure, applications, and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement operational security policies and standards aligned to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain governance and compliance across the organization, working closely with Security Assurance and Cyber Advisory teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Drive security awareness and education campaigns to foster a security-first culture among employees and stakeholders.
- Enable the security operations team to maintain the security and compliance of customers' IT infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of operational security policies and standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements (Moss, ISO27k, SOC2, ASDE8, NZ10, NZ ISM, and IRAP).
- Strong skills in security risk management, governance, and compliance, and security auditing.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
