About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's learning and development needs through assessments, training program creation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design training programs tailored to specific business units and positions.
  • Support Technical Trainers in coordinating and delivering role-specific training, ensuring consistent learning standards.
  • Assist in developing training matrices, induction programs, and educational materials.
  • Manage and coordinate face-to-face and online training programs, including scheduling, room bookings, and participant communications.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate training program effectiveness, suggesting improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Administer the learning management system, respond to L&D inquiries, track training expenses, and report on training activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar learning and development role, including LMS administration.
  • Experience in designing, creating, and delivering training programs, including e-learning training and assessment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with an audience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask according to business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
