
Strategic Lifecycle Journey Developer

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in building and managing integrated lifecycle journeys to achieve strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing automation systems, governance, policies, and processes that align with accessibility and privacy legislation.
You will maintain systems and processes to ensure best practices and data integrity, as well as collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce, and MS Excel.
Additionally, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end cross-channel campaigns, including journey design, implementation, asset build, test, QA, and ongoing management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience across marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Ability to interpret briefs and align business needs to technical solutions in marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical stakeholders and marketing/business areas
- Data extension creation and/or smart list creation for precise audience segmentation and profiling
- Proven experience with managing eDM and SMS campaigns end-to-end
