Marketing Journey Developer

This role is within a marketing team on a fixed-term contract. You'll help execute B2B direct marketing campaigns across various channels and focus on the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution, including post-campaign analysis.
- Create customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalisation within HubSpot and other platforms.
- Plan and brief content for direct marketing activations, including copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
- Implement point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other benefits.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation and customer journey management.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair for content creation and campaign execution.
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimise lifecycle journeys and campaign impact.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and delivering effective campaigns that drive results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
