
Strategic Customer Journey Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to craft experiences that facilitate user progression throughout their journey. This encompasses sign-up, first resource download, and long-term adoption phases.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and execute them effectively, from the initial touchpoint through to retention and expansion.
- Leverage a substantial user database and well-connected product and marketing data to deliver targeted, data-driven lifecycle journeys.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and RevOps teams to synchronize lifecycle messaging with the broader customer journey.
- Serve as the lead operator for lifecycle marketing, prioritizing across multiple projects and ensuring a predictable marketing calendar.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/email marketing within SaaS environments, preferably with B2B focus.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable lifecycle programs and a deep understanding of user psychology and the customer journey.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with marketing automation platforms.
- A systems thinker who excels at connecting disparate elements across journeys, data, and outcomes.
