Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic research approaches and methods to drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to identify key factors for participant selection.
  • Present research findings to Executive teams.
  • Lead the recruitment of research participants.
  • Conduct qualitative research activities, including interviews and ethnographic observations.
  • Analyse and synthesise research data to provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor the team to enhance the rigour of our research practice.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in journey mapping and blueprinting.
  • Experience with product design and managing product performance and lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing CX frameworks.
  • Expertise in researching customer needs and preferences.
  • Experience in requirements gathering (technology, process, and behaviour).
  • Data visualisation skills.
  • Advanced training or degrees in research.
