- Change Management: Communicate the end-to-end implications of configuration changes and analyze the quality of requests for change management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in F5, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, Blue Coat Proxy, Infoblox DDI, Email Solutions, VPN Technologies, Routing and Switching Infrastructure, Network Analysis Tools, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/Google).
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and technical support.
