Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Winning Group. As a key member of our Service Liaison team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Work closely with 3rd party suppliers, manufacturers, and service agents to schedule and coordinate service calls.
- Log service calls and maintain accurate customer service records.
- Process returns, arrange refunds, and coordinate credits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and training to provide expert advice.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle shifting priorities.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in various systems.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- A permanent full-time position with a regular 9:00am - 5:00pm schedule.
