Customer Support Consultant Role
The Customer Support Consultant position at Appliances Online involves delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. The focus is on meeting weekly service and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth knowledge of products and services to customers, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Meet weekly KPIs for calls, chats, revenue, and customer satisfaction to qualify for bonuses.
- Effectively handle escalations by directing customers to suitable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and manufacturers, fostering meaningful relationships.
- Enhance skills through daily training, product knowledge, and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Australian Permanent Unrestricted Working Rights.
- Sales experience with a customer-centric approach and target achievement.
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronics and whitegoods is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently when needed.
- Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Attention to detail.
Work Arrangements:
- Permanent full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) positions.
- Available shift patterns: 8:00am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5:00pm, or 9:30am - 6:00pm.
- Competitive salary, superannuation, bonuses, penalty rates, and overtime (OTE On Target Earnings $70,000+).
