Role Overview
The Customer Support Consultant role involves delivering exceptional customer service by responding to real-time customer inquiries via various channels. Key responsibilities include meeting service and sales targets, escalating complex issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet weekly service and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer escalations, directing them to suitable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Hold permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Possess sales experience with a customer-focused approach and a track record of achieving targets.
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
