Role Overview

The Customer Support Consultant role involves delivering exceptional customer service by responding to real-time customer inquiries via various channels. Key responsibilities include meeting service and sales targets, escalating complex issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet weekly service and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle customer escalations, directing them to suitable solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Hold permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Possess sales experience with a customer-focused approach and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Background in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
