About the Role

This position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of families and individuals. As a Parent Pathways Mentor with UnitingSA, you will be working closely with local community and government services to provide comprehensive support tailored to each family's unique situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to empower families and individuals
  • Collaborate with local community and government services to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized plans to address complex challenges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services or equivalent experience
  • Specific qualifications or training in working with families facing multiple and complex needs
  • Essential certifications including Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification
  • Mandatory checks such as DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Professional experience in human services settings with a solid understanding of intervention models
  • Proven track record in providing case management services to young people and/or families
