The Smith Family is seeking a skilled Family Partnership Coordinator to join our Learning for Life team in Playford, SA. In this role, you will work with families to support their children's educational outcomes, building strong relationships and providing practical support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Take a family-centred approach, building partnerships with Learning for Life families to support their educational journey.
  2. Connect with partner schools to facilitate referrals and strong ongoing program participation for Learning for Life families.
  3. Contribute to the development of administrative tasks and data entry to inform your work and support the team.
  4. Engage with community organisations to link families with services, information, and support.
  5. Collaborate with the local Learning for Life team and contribute to the broader organisation's goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong passion for fostering student success and have experience building relationships with families and community stakeholders. You will also bring effective interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and computer literacy.
