About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Grill Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at Black Bar and Grill in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning restaurant group and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant Executive Chef to develop menus that showcase our culinary expertise and provide excellent value to our customers.
  • Implementing effective training programs to ensure our team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Fostering open communication channels between the kitchen, management, and guests to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent to maintain our high standards of quality and excellence.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in commercial cooking, preferably with experience in up-market grill venues.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
