Job Overview

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our talented team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in one of Sydney's most prestigious fine-dining establishments, contributing to the creation of exceptional desserts and pastry offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in a Pastry Chef role, preferably within a premium dining or luxury hotel environment
  • A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional desserts and pastries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and the development of culinary skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
