Job Title: Aviation Inventory Coordinator


Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of supply chain logistics.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure the best fit for our client's open positions.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit our client's open positions.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Capable of business development and client relationship management, providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Input into our company's services and future directions, driving growth and innovation.
  • Overall values-based approach, prioritizing professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Business and sales development to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering are essential for this role.
  • Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within supply chain logistics is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for success in this position.
  • Ability to work independently and also part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics is essential.
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships, driving business growth and development.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve common goals.
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Must have working rights in Australia.
