Supply Chain Logistics Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Talent Acquisition Expert to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for logistics roles
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, particularly in the supply chain and engineering industries
- Evaluate resumes and applications to assess knowledge, skills, and experience
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions in logistics and supply chain management
- Assess applicants' ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong decision-making skills
- Capable of business development and client relationship management to grow logistics portfolio
- Input into company services and future directions related to talent acquisition and logistics
- Overall values-based approach to business and professional relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR professionals and other stakeholders
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes and procedures
- Must have working rights in Australia
