Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain Logistics
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent in the supply chain logistics industry.
- To identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- To evaluate resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- To conduct interviews and assess the skills, experience, and fit of applicants.
- To complete paperwork for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- To collaborate with the HR team to develop business development and client relationship management strategies.
- To contribute to the growth and direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations on recruitment processes and strategies.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage client relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR professionals.
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
