Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain Logistics Expert
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent role in a Human Resources Consulting firm specialising in employment solutions, including recruitment and supply chain logistics.
The successful candidate will have formal qualifications in business, logistics or engineering and proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods.
Key responsibilities include evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of recruitment processes, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and outstanding communication skills.
Additional requirements include ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong decision-making skills and deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing and logistics.

Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Supply Chain Logistics (mandatory)
Excellent understanding of Recruitment Processes
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Outstanding Communication Skills
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
Strong Decision-Making Skills
Deep Understanding of 3PL, Company-Based Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics (mandatory)
