We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our supply chain logistics division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates using various methods
  • Evaluating resumes and applications to identify top talent
  • Conducting interviews and selecting the best fit for open positions
  • Assessing applicants' skills, experience, and knowledge to ensure alignment with job requirements
  • Completing necessary paperwork for new hires
  • Cultivating business development and client relationship management skills
  • Making input into company services and future directions

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within supply chain logistics
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics principles
  • Interest in approaching new clients and managing ongoing relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR professionals
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes
  • Must have working rights in Australia
