Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit top talent using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Assess applicants' fit with the company culture and values.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires, including onboarding and benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Supply Chain Logistics.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics.
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage client relationships.
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
