Job Description

The Business Development Manager - Enterprise role is crucial in driving new account acquisition for 90 Seconds. As part of our global sales team, you'll focus on lead generation, attend events, and network opportunities to help enterprise brands leverage our suite of video products.

You will report directly to the Managing Director, ANZ, and require a motivated self-starter who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will possess a winning attitude, excellent prospecting skills, and the ability to open doors deep within enterprise brands.

This national role involves domestic travel and offers a generous base package, tools of trade, employee benefits scheme, and an exciting incentive program for the right candidate.

What You'll Love Doing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new businesses and winback churned accounts.
  • Grow our regional client base, drive new business, and build close and trusted relationships with Brands.
  • Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating 90 Seconds' value proposition to Brands.
  • Understand the customer and their video content requirements and represent 90 Seconds as a strategic partner to them.
  • Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month.
  • Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and develop relationships.
  • You'll love social selling and creating thought leadership content to educate new prospects.
Estimated Salary: $120,000-$180,000 per annumRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in new business acquisition, advertising, content creation or media, and selling to enterprise brands.
