Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payscale Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle People Permanent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring system compliance within CRM.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support the HR and payroll teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR or payroll and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will work closely with the Director of People and Culture and the payroll team to ensure seamless execution of payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in payroll processing, including data entry, calculation, and verification.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  3. Ensure system compliance within CRM, including data management and reporting.
  4. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or payroll, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
