Human Resources Systems Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Systems Coordinator to join our team at Melbourne & Olympic Park.
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our people systems and streamlining our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our people systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Manage employee data, ensuring it is secure, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision making with HR metrics and analytics.
- Provide technical support to system users and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection/privacy regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency with relevant HR/people systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and train system users.
