About the Role

The Payroll & HR Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of payroll and HR functions, responsible for a comprehensive range of duties within the Finance and HR team.

This position requires:

  • Generalist HR administration experience
  • Extensive payroll experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Employment Hero
  • A strong work ethic and collaborative approach
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related fields
Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
