The Role

A Human Resources Coordinator will support both HR and Recruitment activities at our National Clinic Support Office in South Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of Student Placement Program operations
  • Coordination of Recruitment event plans and materials
  • Hiring request management and job advertisement postings for internal and external vacancies
  • Maintenance of Career Page and Weekly Careers communication preparation
  • Support for Applicant Tracking System optimisation
  • Assistance with adhoc reporting and generalist HR tasks

This is a full-time role with flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity.

Salary: Approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • Superior organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and discretion regarding private matters

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working in Recruitment or HR
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or related field
