Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
- Supporting the recruitment process through job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Serving as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data protection compliance.
- Collaborating with managers to address employee relations issues and provide performance management guidance.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company values and industry standards.
- Organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conducting employee surveys to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Providing assistance with payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a call centre or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
