Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Our company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs. This includes processing payroll deductions, salary packaging, and other related tasks.

About the Job
We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. You should have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the salary packaging industry. A methodical approach to work, along with strong accuracy and attention to detail, is essential for this position. Additionally, you should be able to build rapport with clients and foster trust through excellent written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll deductions and manage employee compensation packages.
  • Manage salary packaging and GST contributions.
  • Process daily payment batches and handle payment returns.
  • Maintain Superannuation suppliers and associated payments.
  • Maintain BSB and Global supplier databases.
  • Manage PPO inboxes and phone queries.
  • Process reimbursement claims as required.
