Job Overview

The Workforce Planner will be responsible for coordinating workforce allocation to deliver high-quality care services.

  • Identify and maintain scheduling requirements, including staff availability and client needs.
  • Allocate schedules for permanent and casual support workers.
  • Support workers beyond shift management to build engagement and rapport.
  • Coordinate new client intakes and establish schedules for the next 7 days.
  • Address urgent shift needs and gaps due to cancellations or new placements.
  • Maintain alignment with industrial award requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering Services

The Workforce Planner will act as a critical point of contact in delivering services through workforce allocation.

Client Focus

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Teamwork

Collaborate with the Workforce Planning & Scheduling Team Leader and other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.
  • NDIS organisation experience, particularly with field-based awards.
