Job Title: Operations Scheduler

Titan America is a leading heavy building materials company. Our products include cement, aggregate, ready-mixed concrete, and fly ash beneficiation.

The role of the Operations Scheduler involves coordinating maintenance needs and maintaining systems for an accurate recorded history of fleet and plant repairs, parts, maintenance, and labor. Regular inventory counts are also performed to ensure timely ordering of supplies. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft office, word, and excel.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Cordinate maintenance needs and maintain systems for an accurate recorded history of fleet and plant repairs, parts, maintenance, and labor.
  • Perform regular inventory counts.
  • Maintain and control parts inventory including arranging for purchases utilizing established procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments and personnel for proper and timely paperwork.
  • Issue and receive purchase orders for services or parts for both the maintenance and operations department.
  • Assist staff with maintenance cost reporting.
  • Order and inventory plant supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, word, and excel.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to complete work assignments.
  • Physical requirements include walking, kneeling, crouching, standing, sitting, and regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong math, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English - preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work overtime.
