About the Role:

This key position in our Operational Support Centre (OSC) team plays a vital role in optimizing schedules across multiple contracts. As the first point of contact for Workforce Management system users, you will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to drive real-time decisions and improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff allocation and schedule updates across various sites.
  • E nsure timely and accurate roster updates aligned with operational requirements.
  • Backfill vacancies and provide training on workforce management tools to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and enhance performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams across the OSC and beyond.
  • Triage and resolve queries related to systems and central support.

Essential Skills & Experience:
