Payroll Integration Specialist

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Integration Specialist to work closely with offshore payroll teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ADP and Workday, as well as excellent understanding of Victorian legislation, NES and common law.
About the Role:
This is a part-time (22 hours minimum), 12-month casual contract with potential for extension. As a Payroll Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll processes comply with Victorian EBAs and legislation, particularly for offshore payroll teams. You will also lead integration efforts between e-time (clock-on-clock-off) and ADP payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure payroll processes comply with Victorian EBAs and legislation.
- Lead integration efforts between e-time and ADP payroll systems.
- Analyze payroll data from Workday to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to resolve payroll issues and optimize processes.

Essential Skills and Experience:
