Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle People Permanent. As an integral part of our payroll team, you will be responsible for assisting in payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring system compliance within CRM.

About the Role
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to confidentiality standards;
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collections;
  • Support HR compliance from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring seamless processes;
  • Verify system compliance within CRM, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management;
Requirements
  • Prior experience in HR or Payroll is essential;
  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Show willingness to learn and develop new skills;
  • Able to start immediately, ideally with minimal notice period;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Salary Information

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive training and support program ensures your growth and success in this role.
